So I've been on and off ssri/snri for about 3 years. I'm also tapering off benzos btw. I abruptly stopped Prozac 11 days ago at 10mg as it was only doing a bit of anxiety control throughout my benzo taper. I haven't cut any benzo for 3 weeks... Long story short I believe I started to get withdrawls high heart rate and vertigo/dizziness from the Prozac Cold Turkey even though it's a small dose. I restarted the Prozac 10mg 3 days ago and the dizziness is hitting me hard but now I'm getting the sense of impending doom, my doctor says it's just anxiety. Unfortunately I've tried every other ssri and snri since I've been doing this benzo taper and I use to be able to tolerate Pristiq but if I take one dose of that it sends me really tachy at night (around 160bpm) sorry for the rant guys just all alone living at home and hate this impending doom feeling ever since restarting Prozac as that's the only medication my brain can tolerate as I presume my brain is fried from coming off benzos and trying almost all AD's, hoping there's some warriors that can comment on this thread to help me push through.
