Prozac dreams and panic attack

I’ve been on Prozac for like two weeks and been pretty happy with it but my dreams… they’re so vivid and almost like my worst fears kinda dreams. I’m typing this at 1 am while waking up from a nightmare and having a panic attack. There was a a big reason the panic attack ensued. It wasn’t just the dream itself but it definitely didn’t help. Is there anything y’all have done to calm and help the dreams tone it down a bit? Help🥹
