when will it work???

Hello all, I started prozac 3 weeks ago. transition from lexapro 20mg , started with 20mg, and now I am currently on 50mg. I don't feel too much of a difference. I am currently battling unwanted feelings and thoughts, and GAD also depression any advice? Thanks
