can someone give me a hand?

I just got the protocols ultimate from my school and it was working fine at first but now it won't pull up the actual app once I open a project. The computer says the app is on and running but I don't see anything. I've redownload it and called every customer service line I could. I'm using a new MacBook pro Running the newest update. The same with pro tools.
