Hey there,

I bought pro tools 9 in 2011. Sometime over covid I lost my ilok key and in my avid profile for purchases it only goes back to 2014. I contacted ilok.com and said I lost it so I could get the rma number.

There's a Perpetual upgrade on until the end of the month. I dont see a way to get In Touch with avid unless I purchase a 40 dollar code to access their support which may or may not help me at all.

Is there a way I can get this perpetual upgrade without spending the 750 dollars outright? Or be able to get my pt9 license back so I can use it for the crossgrade?
