Just bought my 03 P5

A few days ago bought my p5 I like it great car. Bought it as is. He couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it so i offered him 500. So now i own it. Turns on good goes into 1st gear smooth n 2nd too but then 3rd I like have to floor it to catch same thing for 4th. I put it in manual but it’s doesn’t recognize its in manual. Has any1 had this problem b4 or any idea what might be the issue is. If a vid will help let me knw. Thanks P5 Fam
