Is there anything wrong with 3 way splitters?
Post Body

I am building a campervans and I have a few questions.

Here is the basic setup I am thinking. A 20lb propane tank stored safely in the van and vented. A 3 way connection from there using a 3 way splitters with 1 female QCC and 3 make QCC. From there I would use a separate regulator and hose for each appliance.

  1. Is it a bad idea to use regulator hose combo? Or should I buy a regulator and connections separately?

  2. What is the best way to keep the seal on the connections from leaking? I've seen Teflon tape but also some paste stuff. Some people swear by one or the other.

  3. Any general tips or things we should avoid?
