Infinite scrolling is very addictive. The continuos stream of new posts keeps us hooked and we don't even notice when it stops being actually fun and interesting. It becomes just mindless scrolling for the sake of it.
This is where r/ScrollingPitStop comes in. It's designed to remind you to take break from scrolling, rest your eyes, drink water, move your body and to ponder whether you actually want to keep scrolling. Discussions on the topic are also welcome!
So pause for a little, take a breather and join r/ScrollingPitStop if you want to stop infinite scrolling
