SOLVED! THANKS!

Title pretty much says it all. I am hosting a server for my friends and cannot get the mods to work. I have spent a couple hours looking for a solution and double checking everything but can't seem to figure out what I am missing. They are enabled in the workshop settings off the main menu. I have them in the workshop area of the server settings. They show in the server files and the settings in game as well. I tried adding them in the mod panel but when I hit dave it just has "URL" in the box so idk what that is about. attaching pictures to show.

The server has everyone who joins download the mods I have enabled but none seem to be working. We have found none of the added weapons and the health bar above the zombies heads are not displaying.

Any help is wonderful. I wont be home till later tonight but will try anything I can once I am.
