Sandbox MP settings borked

I was playing on my non-dedi server with my buddy and we are only about 7 days into this world. Power and water have already been shut off! The setting say 6-12 months. Wah happen?
Also, is there a way I can fix this? Change the settings to something and back? We are more than prepared but this seems broken and way to quick to shut everything off.
Any help is appreciated!
P.S. yes we have a good amount of mods, but none of them effect water and electric.
