Wzatco Projector Screen Turning On and Off Randomly

Hi all,
It has been approximately 9-10 months since we purchased a Wzatco projector. The screen is switching off and on randomly. We have connected speakers to the audio output, and audio is working even when the screen goes off. I have checked for updates and do not see any available. I have also tried restoring the projector to its factory settings.
Model: WZATCO Alpha 1 Native
