Hi everybody. I am currently thinking of a career change. I have been working in hospitality since I was 16. I got BA in International Hospitality management and have been working as a manager for a chain coffee brand for the past three years since I have left uni. I am thinking about going back to the university and getting masters degree in project management. It is one thing to research what this job is all about, another is to understand it from a perspective of people doing it on a daily basis. What do you love about your job? What do you hate? Any advice?
Thank you.
