What level should I expect to be by the end of the game?

I’m only level 12 right now and feel like I got a ways to go still in the story. I’m doing a lot of side quests but I’m just wondering how much longer I’m gonna have before the game is completed?
I’m just excited to start a new playthrough as a new character and new party lol
