I had the brilliant idea to turbo my K24 4 door 07 Honda Accord. Along with the turbo I would straight pipe it. I think this could be a great sleeper build. It has a K24 so it has nearly the same tuning potential as most civics, but as itās a far less popular car to tune so I think a lot of people underestimate it. Itās very average looking which adds to the sleeper factor. Itās convenient because I already own the car and am very familiar with it. Iāve priced out my own turbo kit and the cost of chipping my ecu. Iām very comfortable installing the kit and tuning from a base map. I would keep the boost relatively low so I donāt destroy the stock internals. After the turbo I might look into a meth injection setup. Iām not sure if this would be a cool and unique project or if I would just end up getting called a ricer.
For some extra context these are the current modifications installed Coilovers 17ā Enkei rims with Yokohama advans CAI (an actual COLD air intake) Took out the backseats to install the coilovers and I havenāt put them back in so I guess you could call that weight reduction. No spare tire either so bonus weight reduction. Window deflectors
It does 0-60 in 7 seconds flat
The car is clean but definitely not a head turner and if you arenāt a car person you might look at it and think itās bone stock.
Just want to see what some (relatively) normal people think about this cursed build.
