Hypothetically, if I wanted to supplement with prohormones...

I'm 34 years old, 165 lbs and 5'9". I lift 3x a week with jujitsu 3x a week. Test is around 750-780. BF is between 13-15%.

Hypothetically, if I wanted to do a cycle of prohormones primarily for strength and lean muscle gains then how would you advise me to approach a cycle? Ideally I'd like to not have to be on TRT. Im also looking for close to the minimal effective dose. Give me a step by step guide, please :-).

Which prohormones would you recommend? What would be the side effects of your recommendations? How long would the cycle be?

What other advice would you generally offer to someone who is interested in a prohormones cycle with respect to prohormones?
