I'm wanting to take pro-hormones to get an extra edge at the gym, sadly my only source of information is my brother who isn't the sharpest tool in the shed. He's taken pro-hormones before and I can't lie he grew tremendously in his cycle, I just don't trust the information he's given me (ex. He says you take 3 pills for a week, then 2, then 3 again etc etc) I'm trying to research myself about the lingo and the info of ptc, and what to look for in prohormones and what are the best ones.
I'm not going to lie, I might be a little paranoid about his info, but it is my body and I want to be safe about it, I'm not scared of the risk, I'm scared of being dumb taking prohomones if you get what I'm saying.
