Noob needing advice

38 year old noob here, pushing 200 pounds (little muscle) at 5’9”. Looking to hit the ground running and gaining muscle back, it’s been a year since I have lifted. Any advice on a decent stack that can help me get back on track? I have been hearing a lot of names anabolic warfare, atplab,hypergh. Vintage muscle on my Instagram feed got me looking into supps again, but apparently vintage is a scam. Any help is greatly appreciated!
