What's going on gents, long time reader, 1st time poster, but I think time. I'm 25, 5ft 9in, 190lbs (cutting from 205) roughly 12-15�. Been lifting for about 4 years Bench-305 Squat-405 D.L-455 Been natural up to this point, but pretty sure I've gotten damn close to my limit naturally. If it were up to me I'd go straight to prick, but I workout in a private gym at my work and dont really have a hookup, so are the PHs worth it anymore? Or should I stick it out until i can find a legit hookup? Any and all feedback welcome Goals: look good naked, was always a small dude, very small frame (graduated at 125lbs) now looking to put on some lean mass. My diet is pretty strict and I've developed good discipline, just looking to take the next step in my fitness goals
