Following the confirmation of ACB to the hight court last night, many gun grabbers took to social media or their group text messaging circle jerks to air their fearmongering.
One such person was my cousin, she’s a school teacher who is vehemently anti-gun. She’s uses the qualifier “I grew up around guns, I’ve hunted before, but nobody needs an AR-15” (which is a lie, she’s only went pheasant hunting once and sat in the pickup, she’s probably never touched a gun before).
I’ve cornered her on what she think should happen when AR-15’s are (unconstitutionally) banned, and she only replies with “that person will live with the consequences of their actions”. She’s even went as far as implying that reporting family members for possibly having “illegal firearms”. Essentially putting family lives at risk.
Okay I digress, back to the ACB meltdown with her.
She mentioned last night that she will have her 2nd grade students review and practice the active shooter drill procedures laid out by the public school system, and that will lead into a discussion of the “importance” of “sensible gun legislation” and why voting is important. I’m pretty sure this was triggered when I took a victory lap in the cousin group chat when I bragged about machine guns and suppressors being de-regulated lol
On a more serious note, I don’t understand how her conduct and deviation from the lesson planning is somehow acceptable in the public school system’s eyes. Let alone she’s admitted straight up that she’s going to try and scare school children to adopt her world view.
This is all too common with gun grabbers, their world view is shaped around fear and ignorance. It’s seeded into their minds with no way of it being uprooted.

I took my hunters safety course in my 9th grade classroom after school let out for the day. We all brought hunting guns and learned how to aim and maintain them. We had to leave them in the office and get them before the classes started. Went on for a week. This was 2002-2003.
Same school, the teachers used to ask for knives and lighters all the time. Couple times they even bummed cigarettes off students.
