A few weeks ago there was a post by someone new-ish to prog rock asking for recommendations, and someone suggested Canterbury-scene music listening off some of the well known (in this community) bands.
I replied, lamenting that out of all the good new prog rock, there wasn't a resurgence of Canterbury-scene styled music.
I've never been so happy to be wrong! A kind user here recommended Zopp to me, specifically "Dominion", and I absolutely love it, what a great album.
It just goes to show that despite the naysayers and haters, prog of all kinds is alive and well! There is new music out there for any taste, it might just take a long time to find.
