M/29/5’11 (245 > 185= 60lbs) [2 years] I took it slow and steady beginning with dialing in my nutrition and a lot of cardio. I had always lifted but never cared about food. Now I’ve been in maintenance for around a year and just trying to recomp. Not sure what I should do next?
