M/23/5'8" [205lbs > 163lbs = 42lbs] in 1 year and 22 months. I went from 160LBS to over 220 lbs in less than a year and even got some stretch marks. After that I started living healthy for the first time in my life. I started working out and eating right. Never felt better in my life.
