Yeah sure man. I do chest/biโs Monday,back Tuesday, legs Wednesday, delts and tris Thursday then I chest again on Friday because thatโs my weakest muscle group

I put on around 25lbs in the first year then 20 in the second.

I usually averaged around 500 calories in a surplus and I ran that for as long as I could without my body fat getting too high then Iโd cut.
