From July 2020-July 2021 I started a diet and cardio routine that finally stuck and I lost the bulk of my weight. I had proudly managed to maintain my weight and keep it off all these years but always struggled with being confident in what I was left with. I knew I was healthier (which is the true importance) but I still hated what I saw in the mirror.
So finally Aug 1, 2024 I started with my personal trainer and am 3 months into 3 sessions a week of weightlifting. Iām excited to continue this progress and keep working towards a healthier and more confident me!
