I haven’t really been monitoring my weight loss that great. The title may not be 100% accurate but it’s close enough. I think my weight loss is due to getting a job, weaning off my antidepressants, and the fact I’ve started going to the gym. I feel more energetic and bubbly now that I’ve shed some weight and I have unlocked some more confidence as well!
