Training for just over 5 years, 2-3 days a week training, Natural transformation, just good nutrition, plenty rest, stuck with compounds exercises doing both calisthenics and weight lifting. Improved my body composition by a lot! Got leaner and gained muscle also. Always stayed consistent and never stopped.
