Post Body

My goal is/was to get to 10% body fat but the calorie deficit is starting to cause my workouts to suffer. Overall I am happy with this progress!

I wasn’t unhappy with my bulked up physique but I’ve never had abs before so I wanted to give it a try 🙂 definitely going to be bulking back up after the summer

Just reduced my calorie intake to 2000-2200 calories a day. That puts me at around 1-1.5lbs of weight loss a week. No cardio. My gym routine is the same, 5-6 days a week lasting about 45 minutes to an hour long. Staying hydrated, getting at least a gallon of water a day but aim for two.

Thank… you? 🥲

I’m going to try to maintain it for the summer but I definitely plan on bulking again!

Thank you! It’s purely weightlifting for Hypertrophy. I do a PPL routine.

I am on doctor prescribed TRT. My pre-trt test level was 227 ng/dL and now it’s in the 900s which is the high range of normal. It’s definitely helped but still within the reference range and not steroid levels of test.

I have a life outside of Reddit. I responded to the individual below if you’d like to check it out. I have always been honest anytime anyone has asked this on any of my posts.

Hey sorry it’s taken so long to get back to you! I’ve been open about this on every post where someone has asked. I am on doctor prescribed TRT, 100 mg weekly. My pre-trt test level was 227 ng/dL and now it’s in the 900s. This is on the high end of normal, but still within range. It’s definitely helped, but it’s not steroid levels of test.
