Does anyone have any tips on how to get over a plateau?! Ya girl is struggling 😭🫶🏻
I’m in a deficit, and just started working out but I’m struggling to break 149.. I’ve been this weight for a few weeks now and I want to lose another 15-20lbs😫
This sounds like solid, safe advice. Thank you.
I’m happy my post was able to help! I’m certainly no expert- but, I found that drinking a glass of water in the morning when I wake up, along with one before each meal helps me get my water intake in but also keeps me feeling full too while I’m in a deficit. I focus on my protein & fiber intake too to help keep me full- not sure if you’ve heard of the brand “real good” it’s chicken- but lately has been my go to for something quick when I know I need more protein/fiber. 4oz of chicken give me 23grams of protein & 13 carbs- but 11 of them are fiber!!! Plus it tastes great too.
I know a lot of these comments are saying to drop more calories, but I don’t know that I’d do that if I were you. 1600 is already pretty low. I’d definitely recalculate & see what it says, but if you’re taller than I am (which isn’t hard 😅) and/or a male your calorie needs are going to be more than that. Make sure to check out what your BMR is too! It’ll tell you what your calorie needs are to maintain your proper bodily functions. I think it’s important 🫶🏻 best of luck to you my friend ☺️
I thrifted it! But it’s the brand “white fawn” 🤷🏻♀️ hope that helps🫶🏻
Ahh wishing you the best! If you wanna an accountability partner lmk 🥹🫶🏻
