Any cable work for me makes for a fantastic workout ππΌββοΈ Love seated rows! I workout at home, so I havenβt been able to give pull ups a try, but Iβm hoping whenever I get the chance to try them I can do at least one π

And this is my usual workout schedule:
Monday - lower body/leg day Tuesday - upper body day Wednesday - cardio/conditioning Thursday - back and chest Friday - full body
Mostly take Saturday/Sunday off. I honestly donβt count calories or track macros as much as I should (something I want to improve this year!), but I try to eat mostly healthy with lean meats and veggies.
But Iβll still splurge with some less-than-healthy coffee drinks or going out to eat occasionally. I found itβs a lot easier to stick to it if I give myself a little leeway!
