That's kinda messed up too though. Since everyone knows grinding leetcode is how you get a job, you shouldn't penalize someone for putting their effort into that while doing a coding interview..

i mean, doing leetcode well doesn't mean you're good at writing non-trivial code or have good judgement on how a problem should be abstracted.
