We all have realized the power of technology in our daily lives. But there's a catch, it's powerful both ways. If used for better purpose else it cannot be helped.
The first thing we do after waking up is check out our phones, notifications & messages. In short, technology has started controlling our lives. Whereas technology is supposed to be a tool to push the limits of human progress.
I read about the story of an entrepreneur who has no notifications on his apps, does deep work, and uses technology tools for batching his emails which sort of makes him productive.
