Remembering you are a human; the "calmness" technique

Time and time again; we seek "more", and if we don't get it; we fall in "despair"..

Well my technique today, which helps me immensely in being at my best, is to remember that I'm "human"!

I have my best times, and the opposite

I am sometimes super productive, and the opposite

I concentrate so deeply at times and have that AMAZING state of flow, and the opposite

Just go with the flow, then try to go against it sometimes, then with it, then again the opposite

You are HUMAN! Don't let that to-do list dictate your being and whole being, tear it up and just re-write it again, and again, and again :)
