Is there a calendar/tool that schedules tasks/events automatically?
Post Body
I freelance so I can pretty much arrange my schedule to optimize efficiency but I don't want to have to do this manually. There's a lot of recurring tasks that I'd like to have the system schedule automatically according to some rules/guidelines I set. For example something like this.
Tasks
Laundry | Weekly | 2hrs |
---|---|---|
Cooking | Daily | 30min |
Wash car | bi-weekly | 1hr |
clean apartment | weekly | 2hrs |
Rules
- Active hours from 8am to 8pm
- Do not schedule if previous or next task/event is "too far" from event location
- Prioritize beginning and end of day
- If agenda full, use up to 2 hours outside of active window
I'm currently using Trello/Butler so if this is possible within that platform that'd be great. If not is ok too. Thank you!!
