Help with consolidating notes

Hi all! I am responsible for taking notes during these focus groups that my leadership team is conducting. Currently, I have a bunch of notes, comments, etc… typed out in Excel. Is there a tool/website I can use to take all these notes and consolidate them somewhere and where I can do something with the data?
