I got into freelancing but I was never able to finish my gigs on time. I just can't sit and do the work. I had to quit freelancing and now I'm trying other things like agency/YouTube/affiliate marketing. But the problem is still there.
Recently, I figured that If I start doing the work as soon as I wake up, I can get in the flow easily. but it doesn't last more than 3 hours. When I leave my chair, I just completely forget that I have a long To-do list. I always end up doing random things for the rest of the day. I try to stay stick with my workspace but It's really hard. I've been trying to figure this out for over 2 years. I'm broke af, I can start a Job but don't want to. I Meditate, Journal and hit the gym every day but it's still making me so depressed.
Please advise me on what I should do here to get over this.
