Time Saving Food Meal Tips
Here are my time saving food tips to eat healthy/ nutritious throughout the week:
Instapot was a huge time saver for me.
Salmon fillets are easy. Just have them thawed and itโs only about 15 min to bake. Add some frozen broccoli that takes about 5 min to heat in the microwave.
Iโll cook a whole thing of steel cut oats in the instapot once a week and then have that ready to eat throughout the week; adding hemp, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, frozen fruit, etc.
Hard boiled are also easy to boil the entire cart and then keep on hand throughout the week to snack on. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, etc.
I also always keep a frozen bag of chopped spinach to randomly throw in meals or shakes; to quickly add a bit more greens.
So to summarize: Instapot, frozen veggies and fruit, nuts and seeds on hand, hard boiled eggs, salmon filets.
I would love to hear what tips/tricks you use to eat healthy throughout the week, while saving as much time as possible.
