[Help] Creating a project with multiple files

I imagine this could be a very dumb question, but I'm making a Tetris game through Processing. All the Processing work I've done up to this point has had everything in one file but it'd be much more convenient for a project of this size to split up the classes into several files (Block, TetrisBlock, etc).

Am I meant to create my classes in .java files and then run the project through a "main" .pde file? What exactly is the directory structure? I'm using the Processing IDE.

Thanks in advance.
