So I’m 27, luckily I have a house, car and am healthy. I have nearly wagered 100k in the last 7 years and recently lost the rest of it this week in the market. I am down to my last 3k in bank. I deleted all broker apps and will not be treading back. I am feeling heavy regret and depression. I keep telling myself I made it before I can make it again. For anyone here (1) you are not alone. I am just so distraught and I do not know what to do. Everytime I work I think of the money I’m making and how that could have gone to savings that I had but now I’m starting at practically 0. I’m just looking for guidance and maybe a little sympathy lol. I just want to be better.
