Im on day 29 today. IM 24 years old and in 2023 alone i lost 19k of my 60k salary. YTD i have lost 90k from gambling and I'm currently in 57k debt. Luckily i have 2 jobs and a GF to keep mymind off gambling for now.
I have self excluded already anyone have any tips or suggestions
