Got 10 years probation for 2 counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. this is my first offense. got released from 6 months in county jail back in July. I have only had weekly phone check ups with my PO. I moved to Austin but it took until last month for probation in Austin to call me about my transfer because of covid. When I moved to Houston I figured it would be the same. just got a text to report in office on the 8th. smoked once a week for the last 3 or 4 weeks and the last time was yesterday. If any one has any info on how/if their drug testing in harris county that would be great. I'm taking all the detox drinks and what not and hope that ill pass. If I don't, anyone have any ideas of what might happen? first time warning or MTR? Im 23, soon to be married, just started an hvac company. got some good things going for me. this would be my first violation. I'm hoping I could use to my advantage the fact that they haven't made me go to my drug and alcohol classes yet that are conditions of my probation. thanks in advance for any input.
