should i switch to ungoogled chromium from fire fox ?
fire fox use much ram on my mac i found chrome is doing great job
that's a 3 year old article. Try something up to date. https://privacytests.org/; https://www.techlore.tech/resources.html#desktop-browsers
These are just 2 solid resources. If someone else here has other input, they should share it. I'm not saying that these 2 sources are 100% correct, but if you have anything other than a 3 year old article, please share.
if you wanna go the chrome route, I'd suggest Brave. no clue how efficient it is, but it's a good chromium-based choice. And privacy-focused.

well i stand corrected i suppose. also, i recommend Brave because it has a desktop option, which i thought the OP posted about. i didn't see a desktop version of Cromite. but if it's a good option, then that's great :) i had used Bromite a little on my Pixel but then switched over to Brave for ease of use and syncing with my laptop browser. but i've since switched over to Librewolf on my laptop and Mull on my Pixel. i was actually using Librewolf before Brave, but switched back.
my apologies for recommending Brave. i suppose my sources need reviewing. thanks for the feedback!
