So I have dual boot since I use Windows for some hobbies and reversing my Phone

but usually, I use Linux

I am in Cypress Turkey, and I have more than basic as I had CCNA-CCNP training and read all about the privacy internet situation in Turkey

anyhow one day about a week ago I noticed a message about someone trying entry to my Outlook, while my PC was shut I changed it but became skeptical

couple a days later I find my reddit account sending OF links and in subreddits I am not comfortable with , and some dudes sending Pics (I am a dude)

I changed the password that happened for 4 more accounts , I used some tutorials to watch Tasks and dumps (no local spyware), used wireshark (me , router , isp) ?!

but using tracepath and tracert on both Linux and windows had another opinion

to make it shorter I will submit both in a comment under this post anywho can anyone guide me to harden my windows or encrypt it for ISP ( I am fresh in that regards) I mean just links not posting the whole guide and wondering if anyone had that experience ?
