I've always wanted to work comfortably from my Prius.
I looked around my apartment for some kind of platform, and I found a narrow wooden plank that just fits perfectly.
I placed a 7-Eleven Super Big Gulp cup in the front cup holder, nudged the wooden plank between the steering wheel and the cup, and voila -- I have my own makeshift office desk/table at the perfect height that's large and stable enough for my laptop, drink, phone, and whatever else!
No, like in my apartment unit itself.
I had planks lying around from dismantling my bed frame.
Not sure yet.
I'm not yet living in it full-time.
I can't think of why not though.
Not yet, still summoning the balls to do it.
I'm not sure how a Mini Clubman is structured inside, but you'll most likely need to rest your table/platform on your cup holder in some form or another and maybe the door arm rest.
In a Prius, the rear seats fold down and form a flat platform that measures 6' x 4' (at its widest).
Put a thin mattress pad down, and you've turned it into a bed!
Look up "Prius camper" on YouTube, you'll see how it's possible.
It's just a term of endearment for Priuses whose owners live in.
