New Prius tips? Battery in cold climates?
Post Body

I am 26 and never had my own car. I’m approaching the end of my PhD and my gf and I currently rely on her old Subaru. It needs so many repairs that we are planning to sell or junk it before we move next May.

We want to get a Prius after I land a job. Any general advice? We want to purchase a brand new vehicle. I just read some cool advice on this sub about not letting stale gas sit in the tank.

Any other advice like this? My gf said there are 4 wheel drive Priuses but I haven’t seen those online yet

I’m also wondering how the battery is affected by cold weather.
