Tons of jobs won't hire me

I've been convicted of Arson (2nd degree. In FL). I'm having a hard time getting a job. I committed the crime because of my mental illness (schizophrenia), but employers don't care about my explanation. This sucks. In Florida they almost never seal arson charges. What possible jobs could I get with such a charge?
