Okay, so I've looked it up and spent days trying to figure out what the hell is happening and nothing I'm finding is working. Some prisoners will shower but almost all of them won't. Everyone keeps mentioning about this temperature update from 4 years ago but there's no items I have about temperature and as I'm new I'm going with no modifiers from the main menu. It's gotten so bad that they're just not doing anything even though their told to and they're getting mad that I'm not "allowing" them to do it after they keep going to the areas and such. Does anyone know why they're not showering? I've done everything I can think of all the way to lowering the amount of shower heads and even less of them are showering now. (Yes, I did check to make sure they're all shower heads and not sprinklers)
Should I just cut the room in half and make 2 showers?
