Is there a way to make my most max prisoners work and reform? I'm currently running an all women prison and when my supermax and my max sometimes... doors open man crazy... I w8sh there was a mandatory programming type of thing. When they misbehave they get programming right? I have alot of suppression going on in my jail and it's effecting everyone.
