What would you like to accomplish?

Need a reliable dot-matrix/impact printer for printing on 5-deep multipart forms. Forms are attached at the top edge, but not on the sides.

Are there any models you are currently looking at?

Oki 62418701 MICROLINE 420 Dot Matrix Printer

Epson also seems to have several models, but I can't find many reviews

Here is an image of the form we need to be able to print on: VS Form 10-11 Coggins. You can see the perforated connector at the top of the image. Needs to work with Windows 10.

We do so many of these it's not feasible to do them by hand or typewriter. I'm open to purchasing a few desktop USB models or a larger networked printer. I think the smaller ones may be the way to go, but I'm open to ideas.
