Basically title says it all, I am current on my Windows 10 computer and my parents had gotten this new printer because it was compatible with iPad printing which is what my mom uses majority of the time. It was set up and we tried it and it was fine printing, scanning, copying, everything good. Until a few days ago (up until then it had been working/printing fine) I needed to print something and when I went to print I got an error message from my computer saying document was unable to print, I open up my print spool and sure enough it says "error". It was at this point my moms ipad stopped being able to send it stuff to print. I checked my printer and nothing was wrong and everything was full and in place, on my computer all my drivers have are up to date and have even been restarted, i've checked the code, troubleshooted everything, but none of it has worked. Also whenever I try to reset the settings of anything I get an "Printer busy. Try Again Later" prompt even though the printer isn't doing shit.

This doesn't seem to be a problem with the actual printer (even though it was only like 60 or 90 bucks), as it can still copy and I assume scan fine (I don't scan stuff my mom does and so far she hasn't said anything about it). Idk what generation of Ipad my mom has but it does have fingerprint ID.

Its a wifi printer we set it up to wifi print, that's what my parents specifically wanted.
