Grinding noise and no error thrown on laserjet 5550

I been troubleshooting this printer for quite some time due to bad print quality and was finally making some good gains with it but then it suddenly started making an awful grinding noise that's getting louder and louder. Doesn't matter if I use the manual feed or the tray. I also removed all the toners and its still doing it. Where should I look next? Its not throwing an error so I'm very conused. I'm able to turn the fuser by hand and the belt so I don't think its those either
